• If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Cancellation Timeframe

• Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled without any fees or charges if they are cancelled before shipping.
• After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the product following our Return Policy guidelines.
  

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

• Customized, personalized, or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Clearance or final sale items are non-cancellable.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  
• Once the refund is processed, please allow additional time for it to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
